1st Graders Visit Channel 4

The first grade students have spent the year learning about news and current events. To wrap up this unit, they took a trip to the Channel 4 News Station to see what it takes to present the news live every day to the public! Everyone had a great time, seeing the ins and outs of the station. They saw the weather center and even got to stand in front of the green screen, the production studio, the studio where the news is taped and finally they got to watch the first part of the 12 noon news being broadcasted live! They had a great time and learned even more about the news!
