To kick off Catholic Schools’ Week the St. Pius X community gathered to celebrate mass. We were honored to have Fr. Curtis Dwyer who is a former St. Pius X student as our celebrant. We also announced the winners of our essay contest Why I think a Catholic Education is Important:. The contest was open to students, faculty and parents. To complete our time together, we honored our teachers Mrs. Cahill, Mr. Thompson, Mrs. Williams, Ms. Broeker, and Ms. Solano for five years of service to the Archdiocese; to  Mrs. Matt for 15 years; Mrs. Tufano for 20 years; and Mrs. Marlowe who is celebrating 25 years with the Archdiocese of Denver.
